Seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp is a disorder that causes itchy, yellow or white patchy scales or thick crusts on the scalp.

 

Scalp Folliculitis

Scalp folliculitis is an inflammation of the hair follicles. Also known as “acne necrotica miliaris”, it presents itself by small, itchy pustules on the scalp. These often developed on the frontal hairline.

 

Scalp Psoriasis

Scalp psoriasis is characterised by an inflamed scalp that is flakey and scaly. The inflammation may spread beyond the hairline or to other parts of your body. Scalp psoriasis often causes itching and soreness.
